Only what you give us directly — for example your name, phone number, email address, and details about your device — when you call, text, or email us for a quote, a repair, or to buy, sell or trade a device. This website has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no contact forms that store your information.
We use the information you provide only to respond to you and to provide the service you asked for (a repair quote, a repair, or a buy/sell/trade offer). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.
The "Text us" and "Call" buttons on this site simply open your phone's own messaging or calling app with our number filled in. The website itself does not see, record, or store anything about those messages or calls.
The question box on our homepage is an automated assistant that runs entirely in your own web browser. It sends nothing anywhere — your questions never leave your device.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this site. The embedded Google Map on our contact section is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Messages you send us by text, call, or email are kept only as long as needed to serve you, and then deleted in the normal course of managing our inbox.
